Personal data processing principles

  1. Data subject - buyer/visitor of the website.

  3. The data subject consents to the processing of personal data by the seller to the extent set out below.
  4. The website operator is responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, (hereinafter referred to as GDPR)

Purposes of the processing of personal data: issuing a tax document, contacting the customer about an order, fulfilling a contract, dealing with an enquiry sent via a contact form or other legitimate interest. Personal data may not be further processed in a way that is incompatible with these purposes.
  7. Recipients - the operator of the online shop/website https://terranaturapetfood.com/, the accounting company, the courier company, the company Moderné Webstránky s.r.o. providing the technical operation of the online shop/website.
  8. Intermediaries - data recipients such as Google, Sendinblue, (payment gateways) with whom we have concluded intermediary agreements (add links from the list).
  9. We do not sell, trade or in any other way provide your personal data to third parties other than the intermediaries mentioned in the previous point.
  10. Legal basis for processing personal data:
    • The processing of personal data (name, surname, title, street and number, postcode, city) is necessary pursuant to a special regulation or international treaty to which the Slovak Republic is bound. In particular according to Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax.
    • The processing of personal data (email, telephone contact) is necessary for the performance of the contract.

    • Google Analytics for the purpose of obtaining statistical information for a period of time according to your browser settings or until the information is deleted (e.g. via clear cache)
    • Google Adwords for the purpose of identification within Google's advertising network, retargeting advertising (retargeting) for a period of 180 days.
